Ben specialises in cyber risk, technology law, insurance, privacy, information security, data governance and dispute resolution. He has acted in over 400 data breaches and technology disputes providing a range of triage, privacy, strategic and claim support services. Ben leads Willis Towers Watson's Australia and New Zealand Cyber and Technology Risk Team. Ben is the Vice President of the Australian Society of Computers & Law. He also sits on advisory bodies for the Queensland Law Society, the New South Wales Law Society, the Australian Computer Society and Standards Australia. Ben is also a director for a major Australian captive insurer, and a guest lecturer and collaborator working with 6 Australian universities.
