Her career bridges the personal and professional, informed by her lived experience as a mother of three neurodivergent children and a lifelong advocate for inclusive systems.

Chris has worked across Australia, Asia, and Europe, bringing a global lens to her work. She currently leads a cross-regional program delivering neurodiversity and inclusion training to organisations of all sizes. Her approach is practical, person-centred, and sustainable focused on real outcomes for neurodivergent individuals and the workplaces that support them.
