Clare Leonard is a HR nerd through and through, she lives and breathes this stuff. With 27 years of experience tackling everything from recruitment and leadership development to culture transformation and engagement, she’s basically a HR Swiss Army knife. If collecting qualifications were a sport, she’d be winning gold. She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in HR, plus professional certifications and accreditations in psychometric assessments, coaching, and human centred design. But HR isn't her only love, she’s also got a soft spot for the tech world. Having spent 13 years supporting two tech consulting firms (and with a techy as a best friend), Clare feels right at home among the IT crowd. These days, her mission is all about identifying the high potential team members amongst us and turbo-charging their careers.
