Jeffrey regularly provides cyber incident response management services and advises on a broad range of issues that arise as a result of cyber incidents, including privacy issues, risk management and insurance coverage issues.
Jeffrey also advises on responses to regulatory investigations relating to cyber incidents, drawing upon his regulatory experience as a former enforcement lawyer at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), where he conducted complex investigations into market misconduct, including suspected breaches of Australian Financial Services Licensee obligations in respect of cyber incidents.
