Johan has studied computer engineering at the University of Pretoria. After graduating, he worked for 4 years in the defence industry at SAAB Grintek Defence, after which he applied to be a consultant at MWR in 2021. Specialising in network security after his first year at MWR, which still remains his main area of expertise. He has also been in charge of the internship, that MWR runs twice a year, for approximately 2 years now. Johan has a passion for many Artificial Intelligence topics but also wary of how nonchalantly people have been using it.
