Melinda Smith serves as Special Counsel in the Griffin Legal Privacy Team with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence law. She has broad experience in both the private and public sectors across legal and policy roles, within IT teams and as a lecturer in Privacy Law at the Australian National University. She works closely with clients on the Privacy, Legal and AI aspects of complex IT and policy projects. This will be her third time presenting at CyberCon.
