Mel Rosenthal is a Melbourne-based Executive Coach and Mentor.
With over 4,500 coaching conversations under her belt, Mel specialises in the unique leadership challenges technical leaders face, including executive presence and influence, board engagement, strategic and commercial investment decisioning, meaningful communication, wellbeing and resilience.
She has worked with cyber and risk leaders from organisations including QBE, Allianz, Hollard, NAB, Hudson Institute of Medical Research, WEHI and MIPs.
Mel is known for being values-driven, commercially-minded, straight-talking talking and pragmatic. She is the author of Next Level Leadership: A guide to help cyber leaders build trust, influence and strategic impact at the executive level.
Her coaching experience is backed by a long career in corporate leadership roles with NAB Suncorp and HSBC to name a few. She holds the global coaching accreditation (PCC) and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (Chicago). Mel is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne, Swinburne University, the University of New South Wales and RMIT.
