Industry leaders with over 20 years of experience each, Nick and Craig built & sold two of Australia’s leading cybersecurity professional services firms: Hivint, acquired by Trustwave in 2018; and SIFT/Stratsec, acquired by BAE Systems Australia in 2010. Both companies were Telstra Business Awards Winners and members of various ‘fast growth’ lists as well as variously winning Export Awards, Innovation Awards, and more.
As well as selling his own companies, Nick also has direct experience in growth through mergers and acquisitions, selling cyber security companies to enterprise acquirers, and advising high growth cybersecurity start ups. A long line of Australian cyber security businesses can trace their roots back to SIFT, Stratsec and Hivint.
Beyond the business side, both Nick and Craig have had highly successful careers as cyber security subject matter experts and leaders, presenting widely, winning a range of awards, and sitting on various Boards and Advisory committees for Universities, Industry Associations, and more.
