Over the last two decades I have led and grown teams of all shapes and sizes. I thrive in action oriented and diverse team environments, fostering a common mission, strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and team success. Developing other people is one of my favourite parts of being a leader.
As an entrepreneur and an experienced cyber specialist, I work with clients to set strategies for building and maintaining cyber resilience. I am also a "break glass" practitioner for many clients, available to them at immediate notice during times of potential or actual cyber crisis. I have played a leadership role and supported clients on hundreds of cyber events.
I am also a military veteran, passionate about advocating for those who have served, including their families, having myself spent many years on deployed operations in Afghanistan and Iraq during my service. I call upon this unique "special situations" experience in everything I do.
